וְאָֽמַרְתָּ֙ בַּיּ֣וֹם הַה֔וּא אוֹדְךָ֣ יְהֹוָ֔ה כִּ֥י אָנַ֖פְתָּ בִּ֑י יָשֹׁ֥ב אַפְּךָ֖ וּֽתְנַחֲמֵֽנִי׃
ve'amarta bayyom hahu odekha Adonai ki anafta bi yashov appekha utenakhameni
In that day, you shall say: “I give thanks to You, O GOD! Although You were wroth with me, Your wrath has turned back and You comfort me.
הִנֵּ֨ה אֵ֧ל יְשׁוּעָתִ֛י אֶבְטַ֖ח וְלֹ֣א אֶפְחָ֑ד כִּֽי־עׇזִּ֤י וְזִמְרָת֙ יָ֣הּ יְהֹוָ֔ה וַֽיְהִי־לִ֖י לִישׁוּעָֽה׃
hinneh el yeshu'ati evtakh velo efkhad ki-ozzi vezimrat yah Adonai vayehi-li lishu'ah
Behold the God who gives me triumph! I am confident, unafraid; For Yah—GOD—is my strength and might, And has been my deliverance.”
וּשְׁאַבְתֶּם־מַ֖יִם בְּשָׂשׂ֑וֹן מִמַּעַיְנֵ֖י הַיְשׁוּעָֽה׃
ushe'avtem-mayim besason mimma'ayne hayeshu'ah
Joyfully shall you draw water From the fountains of triumph,
וַאֲמַרְתֶּ֞ם בַּיּ֣וֹם הַה֗וּא הוֹד֤וּ לַֽיהֹוָה֙ קִרְא֣וּ בִשְׁמ֔וֹ הוֹדִ֥יעוּ בָעַמִּ֖ים עֲלִילֹתָ֑יו הַזְכִּ֕ירוּ כִּ֥י נִשְׂגָּ֖ב שְׁמֽוֹ׃
va'amartem bayyom hahu hodu la-Adonai qiru vishmo hodi'u va'ammim alilotayw hazkiru ki nisgav shemo
And you shall say on that day: “Praise GOD, proclaim the divine name. Make God’s deeds known among the peoples; Declare that the divine name is exalted.
זַמְּר֣וּ יְהֹוָ֔ה כִּ֥י גֵא֖וּת עָשָׂ֑ה (מידעת) [מוּדַ֥עַת] זֹ֖את בְּכׇל־הָאָֽרֶץ׃
zammeru Adonai ki ge'ut asah (mydt) [muda'at] zot bekhol-ha'arets
Hymn GOD, Who has done gloriously; Let this be made known In all the world!
צַהֲלִ֥י וָרֹ֖נִּי יוֹשֶׁ֣בֶת צִיּ֑וֹן כִּי־גָד֥וֹל בְּקִרְבֵּ֖ךְ קְד֥וֹשׁ יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ {ס}
tsahali varonni yoshevet tsiyyon ki-gadol beqirbekh qedosh yisra'el
Oh, shout for joy, You who dwell in Zion! For great in your midst Is the Holy One of Israel.”
