Leviticus 3

ve'im-zevakh shelamim qorbano im min-habbaqar hu maqriv im-zakhar im-neqevah tamim yaqrivennu lifne Adonai

If your offering is a sacrifice of well-being— If you offer of the herd, whether a male or a female, you shall bring before GOD one without blemish.

vesamakh yado al-rosh qorbano ushekhato petakh ohel mo'ed vezarequ bene aharon hakkohanim et-haddam al-hammizbeakh saviv

You shall lay a hand upon the head of your offering and slaughter it at the entrance of the Tent of Meeting; and Aaron’s sons, the priests, shall dash the blood against all sides of the altar.

vehiqriv mizzevakh hashelamim isheh la-Adonai et-hakhelev hamekhasseh et-haqqerev ve'et kol-hakhelev asher al-haqqerev

Then present from the sacrifice of well-being, as an offering by fire to GOD, the fat that covers the entrails and all the fat that is about the entrails;

ve'et shete hakkelayot ve'et-hakhelev asher alehen asher al-hakkesalim ve'et-hayyoteret al-hakkaved al-hakkelayot yesirennah

the two kidneys and the fat that is on them, that is at the loins; and the protuberance on the liver, which you shall remove with the kidneys.

vehiqtiru oto vene-aharon hammizbekhah al-ha'olah asher al-ha'etsim asher al-ha'esh isheh reakh nikhoakh la-Adonai

Aaron’s sons shall turn these into smoke on the altar, with the burnt offering that is upon the wood that is on the fire, as an offering by fire, of pleasing odor to GOD.

ve'im-min-hatson qorbano lezevakh shelamim la-Adonai zakhar o neqevah tamim yaqrivennu

And if your offering for a sacrifice of well-being to GOD is from the flock, whether a male or a female, you shall offer one without blemish.

im-kesev hu-maqriv et-qorbano vehiqriv oto lifne Adonai

If you present a sheep as your offering, you shall bring it before GOD

vesamakh et-yado al-rosh qorbano veshakhat oto lifne ohel mo'ed vezarequ bene aharon et-damo al-hammizbeakh saviv

and lay a hand upon the head of your offering. It shall be slaughtered before the Tent of Meeting, and Aaron’s sons shall dash its blood against all sides of the altar.

vehiqriv mizzevakh hashelamim isheh la-Adonai khelbo ha'alyah temimah le'ummat he'atseh yesirennah ve'et-hakhelev hamekhasseh et-haqqerev ve'et kol-hakhelev asher al-haqqerev

Then present, as an offering by fire to GOD, the fat from the sacrifice of well-being: the whole broad tail, which you shall remove close to the backbone; the fat that covers the entrails and all the fat that is about the entrails;

ve'et shete hakkelayot ve'et-hakhelev asher alehen asher al-hakkesalim ve'et-hayyoteret al-hakkaved al-hakkelayot yesirennah

the two kidneys and the fat that is on them, that is at the loins; and the protuberance on the liver, which you shall remove with the kidneys.

vehiqtiro hakkohen hammizbekhah lekhem isheh la-Adonai

The priest shall turn these into smoke on the altar as food, an offering by fire to GOD.

ve'im ez qorbano vehiqrivo lifne Adonai

And if your offering is a goat, you shall bring it before GOD

vesamakh et-yado al-rosho veshakhat oto lifne ohel mo'ed vezarequ bene aharon et-damo al-hammizbeakh saviv

and lay a hand upon its head. It shall be slaughtered before the Tent of Meeting, and Aaron’s sons shall dash its blood against all sides of the altar.

vehiqriv mimmennu qorbano isheh la-Adonai et-hakhelev hamekhasseh et-haqqerev ve'et kol-hakhelev asher al-haqqerev

Then present as your offering from it, as an offering by fire to GOD, the fat that covers the entrails and all the fat that is about the entrails;

ve'et shete hakkelayot ve'et-hakhelev asher alehen asher al-hakkesalim ve'et-hayyoteret al-hakkaved al-hakkelayot yesirennah

the two kidneys and the fat that is on them, that is at the loins; and the protuberance on the liver, which you shall remove with the kidneys.

vehiqtiram hakkohen hammizbekhah lekhem isheh lereakh nikhoakh kol-khelev la-Adonai

The priest shall turn these into smoke on the altar as food, an offering by fire, of pleasing odor. All fat is GOD’s.

khuqqat olam ledorotekhem bekhol moshevotekhem kol-khelev vekhol-dam lo tokhelu

It is a law for all time throughout the ages, in all your settlements: you must not eat any fat or any blood.
