uvakhodesh hashevi'i be'ekhad lakhodesh miqra-qodesh yihyeh lakhem kol-melekhet avodah lo ta'asu yom teru'ah yihyeh lakhem

In the seventh month, on the first day of the month, you shall observe a sacred occasion: you shall not work at your occupations. You shall observe it as a day when the horn is sounded.

va'asitem olah lereakh nikhoakh la-Adonai par ben-baqar ekhad ayil ekhad kevasim bene-shanah shivah temimim

You shall present a burnt offering of pleasing odor to GOD: one bull of the herd, one ram, and seven yearling lambs, without blemish.

uminkhatam solet belulah vashamen sheloshah esronim lappar shene esronim la'ayil

The grain offering with them—choice flour with oil mixed in—shall be: three-tenths of a measure for a bull, two-tenths for a ram,

ve'issaron ekhad lakkeves ha'ekhad leshivat hakkevasim

and one-tenth for each of the seven lambs.

use'ir-izzim ekhad khattat lekhapper alekhem

And there shall be one goat for a purgation offering, to make expiation in your behalf—

millevad olat hakhodesh uminkhatah ve'olat hattamid uminkhatah veniskehem kemishpatam lereakh nikhoakh isheh la-Adonai

in addition to the burnt offering of the new moon with its grain offering and the regular burnt offering with its grain offering, each with its libation as prescribed, offerings by fire of pleasing odor to GOD.

On the tenth day of the same seventh month you shall observe a sacred occasion when you shall practice self-denial. You shall do no work.

You shall present to GOD a burnt offering of pleasing odor: one bull of the herd, one ram, seven yearling lambs; see that they are without blemish.

And there shall be one goat for a purgation offering, in addition to the purgation offering of expiation and the regular burnt offering with its grain offering, each with its libation.

vehiqravtem olah isheh reakh nikhoakh la-Adonai parim bene-vaqar sheloshah asar elim shenayim kevasim bene-shanah arba'ah asar temimim yihyu

You shall present a burnt offering, an offering by fire of pleasing odor to GOD: Thirteen bulls of the herd, two rams, fourteen yearling lambs; they shall be without blemish.

and one-tenth for each of the fourteen lambs.

Third day: Eleven bulls, two rams, fourteen yearling lambs, without blemish;

On the eighth day you shall hold a solemn gathering; you shall not work at your occupations.

elleh ta'asu la-Adonai bemo'adekhem levad minnidrekhem venidvotekhem le'olotekhem uleminkhotekhem uleniskekhem uleshalmekhem

All these you shall offer to GOD at the stated times, in addition to your votive and freewill offerings, be they burnt offerings, grain offerings, libations, or offerings of well-being.
