הַ֥לְלוּ־יָ֨הּ ׀ אוֹדֶ֣ה יְ֭הֹוָה בְּכׇל־לֵבָ֑ב בְּס֖וֹד יְשָׁרִ֣ים וְעֵדָֽה׃
halelu-yah odeh Adonai bekhol-levav besod yesharim ve'edah
Hallelujah. אI praise GOD with all my heart בin the assembled congregation of the upright.
גְּ֭דֹלִים מַעֲשֵׂ֣י יְהֹוָ֑ה דְּ֝רוּשִׁ֗ים לְכׇל־חֶפְצֵיהֶֽם׃
gedolim ma'ase Adonai derushim lekhol-kheftsehem
גGOD’s works are great, דwithin reach of all who desire them.
הוֹד־וְהָדָ֥ר פׇּעֳל֑וֹ וְ֝צִדְקָת֗וֹ עֹמֶ֥דֶת לָעַֽד׃
hod-vehadar po'olo vetsidqato omedet la'ad
הSplendid and glorious are God’s deeds; וGod’s beneficence is everlasting;
זֵ֣כֶר עָ֭שָׂה לְנִפְלְאוֹתָ֑יו חַנּ֖וּן וְרַח֣וּם יְהֹוָֽה׃
zekher asah lenifle'otayw khannun verakhum Adonai
זrenowned are God’s wonders. חGOD is gracious and compassionate—
טֶ֭רֶף נָתַ֣ן לִירֵאָ֑יו יִזְכֹּ֖ר לְעוֹלָ֣ם בְּרִיתֽוֹ׃
teref natan lire'ayw yizkor le'olam berito
טgiving food to those who show reverence, יand ever mindful of the covenant—
כֹּ֣חַ מַ֭עֲשָׂיו הִגִּ֣יד לְעַמּ֑וֹ לָתֵ֥ת לָ֝הֶ֗ם נַחֲלַ֥ת גּוֹיִֽם׃
koakh ma'asayw higgid le'ammo latet lahem nakhalat goyim
כrevealing powerful works to this people, לand giving them the heritage of nations.
מַעֲשֵׂ֣י יָ֭דָיו אֱמֶ֣ת וּמִשְׁפָּ֑ט נֶ֝אֱמָנִ֗ים כׇּל־פִּקּוּדָֽיו׃
ma'ase yadayw emet umishpat ne'emanim kol-piqqudayw
מTruth and justice are God’s handiwork— נwhose precepts are enduring,
סְמוּכִ֣ים לָעַ֣ד לְעוֹלָ֑ם עֲ֝שׂוּיִ֗ם בֶּאֱמֶ֥ת וְיָשָֽׁר׃
semukhim la'ad le'olam asuyim be'emet veyashar
סwell-founded for all eternity, עעwrought of truth and equity.
פְּד֤וּת ׀ שָׁ֘לַ֤ח לְעַמּ֗וֹ צִוָּֽה־לְעוֹלָ֥ם בְּרִית֑וֹ קָד֖וֹשׁ וְנוֹרָ֣א שְׁמֽוֹ׃
pedut shalakh le'ammo tsivvah-le'olam berito qadosh venora shemo
פRedeeming this people, צ[God] ordained the covenant for all time; קholy and awesome is God’s name.
רֵ֘אשִׁ֤ית חׇכְמָ֨ה ׀ יִרְאַ֬ת יְהֹוָ֗ה שֵׂ֣כֶל ט֭וֹב לְכׇל־עֹֽשֵׂיהֶ֑ם תְּ֝הִלָּת֗וֹ עֹמֶ֥דֶת לָעַֽד׃ {פ}
reshit khokhmah yirat Adonai sekhel tov lekhol-osehem tehillato omedet la'ad
רThe beginning of wisdom is reverence toward GOD; שall who practice it gain sound understanding. תPraise of [God] is everlasting.
